A barrel aged brown ale(Flanders Red Ale) that has a lot of sour kick to it. I love New Belgium La Folie so I like sour in general and this one does, imho, the FRA style proud. VERY tasty!

I have't run across a domestic one. The one I'm most familiar with is Belgium's Duchesse De Bourgogne, an exquisite FRA with the most delicate sweet n' sour balance. Unfortunately, it's disappeared off local shelves lately. I hope to find another. But, you are right. It's a very tasty beer style. The Duchesse is almost a dessert beer. Where is La Folie available? I don't see it on NB's website.

Rodenbach has started reappearing in the States recently. It's a classic brewery. Their beer in general is a bit more sour and less full-flavored and -bodied than the Duchesse, especially the Grand Cru.
I don't know if they make it anymore, but I thought it was only available at the brewery. (That's where I got mine, and I didn't see it in any shops in Boulder or Denver.)
We still have some bottles in Casper, serial numbers 04- but last time I was in Ft Collins, I remember seeing bottles of it with serial numbers 05-
Damn. That reminds me, Russ Perry Jr, are you out there?
Ya der, still here.
Hi and..that's what I needed, thanks. ;^)
I have this intense urge to yell "whee!", but perhaps I'll wait for a bit before doing so.
Anything from this area you been looking for?
Package is on its way! Finally...
Yay! So, what carrier did you use? If you have a tracking number, you might email it to me... Otherwise, I'll let you know when it gets here. Yay!
