how long should it age before drinking it 1 2 3 weeks or more. thanks

It depends on the style of the beer, and a few other factors, but I would never drink anything that wasn't at least 2 weeks old. It'll get a lot more mature with another 2 or 3 weeks though. If you are putting it into bottles it needs at least 2 weeks after fermentation to carbonate.
