I recently got ahold of a VERY good Kvass (rye beer/wine sans hops), although the old woman who made it doesn't speak a WORD of english, so I couldn't get much of a recipe from her, although I doubt it would have helped since she's been making it for years so I would really miss out on some minor things that are second nature to her.
Anyway, long story short
Anyone have a good recipe for a Kvass?
