Sierra Nevada's KELLERWEIS... I just finished one while some Havarti cheese chunks and can recommend this brew as trueGerman style hefe, with the trademark banana-clove scent! The Havarti wasn't bad either!

How's the body? One thing I've often found lacking in US interpretations of the style is body.
