I got a 12 pack of Canadian Light Christmas. I'm not proud. It'll get me hammered just as quick. Sorry, but people who treat beer like uber-snobs treat wine, I just don't get.

You betcha'. Just waiting until I shake this cold I have. I really don't want to try it feeling even the least bit ill.

My nearest and dearest presented me with 2 cases of 550ml bottles of Ridley's Prospect, my favourite brew. Now half way through the first case. Heaven.

Check out the Oregon Brewer's Festival and you'll get it.

On hot days I like cheap, watery beer, ice cold, from a can. Other times, I like smaller amounts of better beer, and the northwest is the place to be for that.

Excellent. A friend of mine who lives in Virginia now found a restaurant in Richmond that serves Widmer Hefeweizen. ('Hefewhuuut? Y'awl homos? Drink Cores.')

And how was he being snobby? He listed out a bunch of great beers that he got for Christmas...? Sorry, but I don't get it.

Glory Days does...and they have the best TV setup to be found out of all the sports bars in Richmond.

Forwarded to the appropriate party. Guess the place he goes only carries it because he drinks it. The other regulars can't wrap their mind around the idea of wheat beer and lemon, I guess. :>

Tell him if he goes to the one southside this Sunday, he can meet the other 2 Seahawks fans in Richmond. ;-p

Virginia is home to a number of excellent breweries, not the least of which is Old Dominion. Williamsburg makes some nice beers, too.

Speaking of Beer Santa, where the hell is Doug?

Heh! Will do. For years his license plate was "Blazrs" or something like that one car and "Clyde" on the other. He's still a Drexler fan at least.

Hmm...I see one gross omission....Rockies Mojo IPA. I think of this wonderful IPA as the 75Minute IPA DFH failed to brew. lol

As long as you're drinking beer just to get hammered quick, you won't, either. But don't worry, most people don't.
