Looks like a beer paradise. Were the dots after the names on the menus how many tokens a beer cost? At three tokens to a euro? What a bargain!

I'm heading over to Belgium the week of Thanksgiving for a week of Brewery touring and sampling. Can't wait!

I've been to Belgium twice before and absolutely love the country and the beer.

3 tokens for 2 Euro, still a bargain. Yes indeed, the dots were the amount of tokens (beer caps in fact) that had to pay.. Cheers,

I was there once. The beer was awesome, but I found the city of Brussels to be a bit dull. Amsterdam was more my style.

Hi, Filip!

I'll be over your way in a couple of weeks, Amsterdam, then Brugge, then Gent, then back to Amsterdam for the Bokbierfest. It's my yearly beer pilgrimage.

Perhaps we could have a beer or three at Daisy's bar while I'm in Brugge? I wanted to go to the Karakterbierweekend in Poperinge but was unable to find accomodations. Pity. I went the last two years and it was great. Anyway, I'll be in Brugge Mon/Tue the 25/26th.
