I'm going to be visiting London in September. There are plenty of guidebooks for pubs. Are there any breweries that give tours? Any other must-see beer-related attractions?

Fullers in Chiswick is worth a go.
checkout the CAMRA site too, theres loads of info about breweries, where to go etc.

and drill down to "About Us." Then go to "Brewery Tour" and read all about it. Tours are held four days a week, twice a day. The brewery is in Wandsworth, on the way to Heathrow airport (more or less).
I suppose you could go to one of the brewpubs and swivel your head a bit, too.
