Just sippin on a Negra Modelo...

purdy good... I grabbed a sixer of San Miguel this weekend. I haven't had it since I was in Korea back in 91. The Philipinos on base introduced me to it and Red Horse, which I can't find anywhere.

I've yet to try the increasingly reknowned Casta beers, thus so far, Cerveza Negra de Modelo is my favorite Mexican beer by a mile.

We get San Miguel in Casper now. I remember really liking the SM Dark back in the 70's...also remember Michael Jackson writing that it was one of the world's truly great dark beers.

The stores here in Casper are still selling one of the Castas...I believe it's the golden and I've had it before. Quite good.

I thought Noche Buena was pretty good, though nothing special. I'll have to check and see if Casta does a winter seasonal though...
