Liquid Solutions order - tasty thus far

I've been mostly a lurker on this group for a few years now, but along the way amongst the jillions of worthless posts and spam I have learned a thing or two. I just received an order from Liquid Solutions and I wanted to share what I got. I'm not familiar with many of these, bought them on what they sounded like they would taste like, or I recognize the brewery or seen a good review on here...This was my first order from them and I have to say it was a very good experience. Website is easy to navigate, good selection and they sent me a total of 4 emails noting that the order was received, when it was processed and shipped and when I should be receiving it. Great follow up.

I usually order from beer geek, but the last few orders were missing so many of my selections due to out of stock or backorder, I decided to go elsewhere.

Anyway...here's the list.I'll keep updating as I try them. I'm hoping to get some other opinions on what I have or someone else, who like me, just likes to try new things.....Slante'

Full Sail Old Boardhead 07 Daleside Monkey Wrench - tried this, good taste, expected british finish...not outstanding, but decent Skagit Trumpeter Haand Norse Porter Orkney Dragonhead Stout - Had the skullsplitter and really liked it, so I ordered this one, have yet to open it Dogfish Head 90 minute IPA - had this before, great stuff Dick's Imperial Stout Dick's Silk Lady - tried this one, decent, but a tad light for my tastes...it's a belgian style ale Pike Auld Acquaintance Great Divide Oak Aged Yeti - heard great things about this one on here, looking forward to trying it Avery The Reverend - tried this on tap at Toronado in the city and loved it. Had one of the two bottles I got the other night and still love it Elysian Dragon's Tooth Stout Ninkasi Triceratops Double IPA - never had this one before and I definitely recommend it. Great taste, great finish, just a great beer Lazy Boy Porter Lazy Boy Mistletoe Bliss Bridgeport Old Knucklehead Elysian BiFrost

thanks in advance for your comments.....and thanks to Bill Brecker for all his comments over the last few years. I've tried many good beers thanks to you, Bill.

That's one hell of a haul and kudos to Matt for taking care of you.

Wow. Thanks for the kind words!!

Btw, I can no longer order beer from Liquid Solutions thanks to the Wyoming Liquor commission but I found another store that carries a lot of West coast beers like Alesmith, Lost Abbey, Ballast Point, Alpine..

It's South Bay Drugs and Liquors. If you check them out, say hi to Joey for me. ;^)

Bill, it's my pleasure....sorry to hear about you being cut off. Those guys have a great selection. I live in Central CA and though it's a relatively small place, we have a couple of stores that have a great selection of beers. Nonetheless, I'm always looking for what else is out there. I'll take a look at South Bay. Thanks for the referal.

California, eh? You lucky dog! ;^)

Here's another store, based in Colorado, that has a fine selection of brews:

Great service and reasonable prices. The guy running it, Nick, I met in person and he'll do you right.
