The small, square White Castle sandwiches affectionately known as "sliders" are being recognized as "the most influential burger of all time" by a national news magazine. The honor comes from Time magazine, which notes the "now-iconic square patty" that debuted in 1921 was the first burger to spawn a fast-food empire, based in Columbus since
