If I remember the cover the last London Drinker correctly, there's a planning application in on the Oakdale Arms to turn it into flats.
Saw that while I was in London recently. Also saw that there are plans afoot to demolish the part of Wandsworth where Young's is located and redevelop the area and move Young's to Cornwall!
