According to the Observer's TV pages, Rick Stein's Food Heroes (8.30pm tomorrow, Weds 22/10 on BBC2) has a piece from Newton Abbot Beerfest - I think it was this year's regional SIBA fest at Tucker's Maltings?)
I saw a prev episode recently & it was interesting to see footage of the guy in Hereford/Worcs threading up the stringing to train the tall hops up. RS also cooked & ate the rare delicacy of hop-shoots, with local cider, obviously... cheers MikeMcG
