I don't understand your statement. How is nitrogen related to wooly head feelings ? It's an effectively inert gas (and we breathe it in
80% mixture in the air). If that was the case, the act of breathing would result in wooly head - but it doesn't.I'd suspect that nitokegs are simply suffering from poor quality of ingredients and suspect brewing process rather than any effect of nitrogen (other than loss of acidity in the beer from the replaced CO2, and loss of some volatile components)
