I was in Harvey's shop yesterday in Lewes and was astonished to find such low prices for their bottled beer - Blue Label for example is 74p for 33ml plus a small bottle deposit (that takes me back). At lunchtime I'd paid £2.95 for a bottle of said beer at a Brighton restaurant.
Is this normal for brewery shops? If so I'll stop off at Fullers if they have one as I'm always passing.

Jennings is worth a visit, especially if you have a shareholders card. They still let us use ours, even though it is W & D now, last time we were in!

I've seen bottled beer cheaper in the supermarket than when on sale at a visit to the brewery it came from!
Those Harvey's prices sound good though.

Ah, after drinking one in a couple of gulps I've noted they are 275ml not
330ml Still, 74p is still not bad.M.
