Harvey's Best (?)

The SO's here and has never lived in Sheffield, although she came close in Rotherham. However, Stones beer changed a long time before she got there!

My ex's family told me Stones was almost colourless.

No - it was a very clear yellow colour and, as I said, very bitter. This contrasted totally with it's Sheffield rival, Wards, which was a brown malty brew.
