Being in the middle of filling in next year's Survey Forms for the GBG, I appeal in desperation to the group. Does anyone have any sort of computer-friendly version of the pigging survey form available? If the form had been designed to be b****y awful, it couldn't have been much worse. Explanatory notes in point 6 type, character boxes that are too small to write in. Surely someone can do better? I tried using a proggy called 'Form Fill' as some sort of template, but whereas I can get the vertical spacing and height to conform various fields, the width of the text will not conform. Any ideas, offers etc gratefully received.
