Camra policy neither enforces nor prohibits beer rationing.

Really? By the time we got there on Saturday evening, all of the beers I would have liked to drink had run off. There was no shortage of other beers, though.
Exactly. They admitted they were having to keep some for the evening. Not the same as keeping them all available at all sessions, which is what some fests do..
