My Mum rang last week to say that Graham Inger's mother had died, I think that the funeral was last Thursday, very sad because I liked her a lot.
Also it has finally happened, maybe, I rang about the library job, on Friday (over 6 weeks, and nothing), and the Chief Librarian rang me today to say I could be starting tomorrow. There is 20 hours training to start with, and then I have a schedule, working 6 days a week, but mostly 3 hours a day, 2 days at the Stratton library, and the others all over the place.
Saturday is at Park, that is a little rough, and Friday is at Penhill, also a little rough, Hellen advises me not to take either the bike, or motorcycle. So it sounds a bit suspect.
How are things in Southend. I've sent loads of emails and received no replies, so I'm wondering if I've offended people.
Quite apprehensive about tomorrow, or whenver, but most of the jobs are done around the house now, but a few more items to buy, when we get some money together.
Found a Led Zepeelin CD in MP£ format, with nearly everything that they did!
I've also had some success on eBay, getting a load of Dylan albums on MP3, spent about £40, but have about 30 rare albums, of varying quality, some appalling. With a pice of software called musicmatch you can convert them to audio files and put on a CD. Here are some of the albums:
