Youngs have announced that they are selling their 40% stake in Wells and Youngs Brewery, presumably to Wells, though the article doesn't actually say that.

That item is "registration required". I expect the brands will be OK for the same length of time as brands in this situation usually are: about three years. And the pubco likewise.

According to this it is indeed Charles Wells who have bought Youngs' 40% stake in Wells & Youngs Brewery.
