I haven't been consistently and constantly tasting their beers, but haven't noticed anything strikingly different aboot 'em.
I've been a big Unibroue fan since 1999 or so. I used to love their La Fin du Monde. I don't know wether I'm growing out of it or what, but it almost tastes too sweet and has less character than it used to. I can't say that it's changed, though.
I'm sticking by my old standby's lately - Duvel, Maredsous, etc - ones not known for their sweetness.

Funny, I had the same impression a few weeks ago when I had a bottle of La Fin du Monde. A little underattenuated, a little undercarbonated, not quite as lively and complex. It's not a beer I drink real frequently, so I wouldn't say it changed, either. But my impression definitely has.

The only thing I've noticed is that retail outlets in my area aren't carrying it as much as before. Possibly because fans aren't buying it on the assumption that sleeman is ruining it.
I had no idea they got bought out by sleeman, and like you, have noticed nothing strikingly different about the taste of the beer, and I'm not even familiar with sleeman or their beers.
