I recently got a Pavoni Pub V1 from eBay for our church group and am having some problems. I get very good pressure and the steam wand and hot water tap work great. However, it is not pulling a shot or even making a sound when I press the shot button .There are only 3 buttons: single-shot, double-shot, and a snowflake like thing. A small green LED button shimmers on the snowflake button when I try to pull a shot.
Any advice appreciated? Is it a fuse thing, or a computer circuit problem?
