carbonation

I recently bottled 3 gallons of beer but forgot to reduce my priming sugar for bottling. Is this going to be a huge problem? I've tried it already and it seems to foam up for just like 2 seconds then stops, however it has like 8 more days of aging to do.

Depends on the size of your normal batch.

If you were priming for a 5 gallon batch, you might get away with a little extra fizz, possibly some overflow when you open the bottle.

If you normally brew 6.5 or worse yet, 10 gallon batches and primed for such, move the beer outdoors, as you will probably see some exploding bottles.

Jerry's right, I think I'd move mine to the garage.
