The local restaurant/brew pub called Hops closed down. They made a beer called Clearwater Light. It had more body then the regular light beer you purchase in a store has. Does anyone have a recipe or any idea of where I can find this recipe? They will not share this information even though they do not have a store near my location any longer.

We had a hops or a while too. I recall the Clearwater. Perhaps you could find a recipe for a German Helles (light) Lager, to my taste theirs was an Americanized version of that...
