Here's a challenge...
You are trapped in the desert with a 10 litre (2.5 gal) jerry can full of water and a 1.5kg (3.3lb) of good quality Amber Malt extract. Suddenly you come across an oasis with crystal fresh water where every imaginable variety of hops are growing.
What do you do? (Specialty grains allowed)

I'd use the hops, malt and jerry can to construct an ad-hoc radio transmitter and send a distress message.
The remaining malt extract would be mixed with the oils of crushed native plants to make a simple but effective tanning butter, ensuring that I leave the island with a nice, bronze base.
What do I win?
I rub the jerry can and when the Jeannie appears I tell her this is our new home and I make my first wish: Get a life time supply of Chimay Blue, Chimay White, and bread. Why bread? Man cannot live by Chimay alone!

In six to eight weeks.
You make beer of course. While you're waiting for the beer to finish fermenting and conditioning, you spend a lot of time wishing you where back in the north woods with the beer that you already have.
Besides, who needs a tan and watch out for any places that Scott got to ahead of you.
