Cheers! I put in a pound of baker's chocolate and it doesn't taste a bit like it; was it too much alchohol at nine %? Also, it was still sweet when I bottled it, but it still carbonated. Is that something to do with yeast retention rates? Also, must add more cinnamon and allspice next time.
