I own about seven 5-gallon plastic buckets and three glass demi-johns.
Actually, they're about half the size of demi-johns, so that would make them demi-demi-johns.
I want to make a large batch of beer in one container, rather than several small ones.
Anything to be wary of?
Would I need, let's say, 3 or 4 airlocks in a 55-gallon barrel?
