Recipe for Blue Moon/?Yeast for Same?

I'm looking for recipes for Blue Moon beer, and some input on the yeast to use. It is billed as a Belgian Wit beer, and the one recipe I have uses Wyeast 3944.

Does anyone out there have a recipe for BLue Moon? I can use all-grain or partial mash, or even extract-only, so it really doesn't matter between them.

I also wanted to know if any of these yeasts might work (otherwise I'll have to buy some Monday and wait until next weekend):

I have some DCL SO4,K97, some Munton's "active brewing yeast," and some Danstar Nottingham yeasts.
