I was looking into getting a structure. I was interested in b3's 2100 because all kettles are on the same level. Anyone have suggestions?

$2550.00 is an awful lot of money but if you've got it, more power too ya? I'm in the process of building one for much less the money but that's just part of the fun.

How are you building yours? What interested me in their system is the wirldpool action and temperature control through hot liquid.
I'm starting out picking up bed frames around the neighborhoods. (You can find them for free) to weld for the frame. Until my pump arrives, I'll use a 3-tier setup with kegs. Then work my way down to a 1-tier with two kegs and a newly designed HLT.
