Travels with Barley

All,

I just got back from the beach, where I read Travels with Barley by Ken Wells from the WSJ. It was a great read that covers beer culture in America. Basically, Wells gives some beer history interleaved with a trip down the Mississippi in search of the "perfect beer joint". I especially liked the chapter on Dogfish Head founder Tom C. Anyways, as a homebrewer I found this book very interesting and thought others might as well.

P.S. Speaking of Dogfish Head, if you haven't yet try the Raison D'etre.
