Wheat beer recipe

I have 5 packs of wheat DME. Any great suggestions as to what recipe I should use make them into something tastier? Thanks, Hippocampus

About 60/40 ratio wheat malt to pilsner malt. Halertau hops boiled for 60 mins. No flavour or aroma hops. Aim for an OG of about 1.045.

Mini-mash a little corn for sweetness, and I'd drink to that. :)

I make mine all grain. Can I add corn for sweetness into the grain bill?

No idea. Never used corn. For sweetness, I usually go for crystal malt. But I like my wheats light in colour, so I don't want to add any colour to the mash.

Absolutely.

Corn and halertau - can life get any better?

Most places that sell grain also sell corn, oats and wheat in forms ready for mashing. Or I suppose you could boil whole kernel raw corn, but I've never experimented with corn.
