I bought a royal-grade 513 pu-erh, harvested in 2005, from tea shop in China. I did an internet search and apparently it is a state supported tea company. Does anyone tasted any of their pu-erh ranges. Otherwise I am open to hear whatever opinion you have about the tea factory.
