Thanks!!! Now I've got to get a copy of your new book. BTW, How do YOU remove some tea leaves from a cake so you can brew some tea?

Your book looks very tempting indeed and much needed in English for new pu-erh drinkers. I'm glad Hou De has it in stock. I don't know where else on line you'd be able to get it though.

I got a pu-erh knife, picture is here

Not the sharpest one, but it fits great in the hand and is heavy enough to cut the pu-erh

The dullness protects you. Besides, you're trying to flake off leaves, not slice right through them.

The point of the knife looks wicked.
