Everytime I go to a college town I can expect to find a tea shoppe. I ended up at a bike jamboree called Tour De Fat. This one carried a couple of teas I dont have. Ill report on the others later. It looks like an oolong with white tip. I classify Ceylon as robust teas. Harsh on the tongue and throat. This one was very gentle. The first cup reminded you of a white tea. The taste sneaks up on you. I enjoyed the second cup especially. The taste different than the first. I dont notice the estate if the tin said so. After I got the time and temperature lecture from the proprietor I said I drink tea when it is ready. Oh yeah he said thats the way I make it at home.

PS A good bike will come in under 10kg. This tea shoppe didnt have a gram scale. I usually order a 100g.
