I'm thinking of ordering some loose leaf herbal teas (possibly from Upton, Adagio, or elsewhere...) and am wondering what herbals people have found particularly good - ? Many thanks for any suggestions!

Hi Sally,
You might want to try Licorice Root tea. Its a favorite of mine.

My two favorites are from Rishi:
Serene
Peppermint
The Honeybush isn't bad either
And the Osthmanthus is kinda interesting for every once in a while

I'm a fan of anything in the mint family. I find that it's great to drink them for relaxation, if I have a cold, or if my throat hurts. Peppermint is my fav, though. heh.
I'm quite fond of Upton's Green Rooibos Poire Crème. I also order their regular rooibos and rooibos Earl Grey.
With the Poire Crème, after steeping 4 tsps. in 24 oz, I add 1/8 tsp. vanilla and 2 dining tsps. honey to make the flavor match the aroma.
Often, I also add vanilla and honey in the same amounts to the regular rooibos.
Adagio has an herbal called Foxtrot - very good! However, you can make it yourself easily enough - it's just one part chamomile, one part peppermint and one part rooibos.
