Yes, it's a crowded sucky waste of time, infested with loud young persons eating foods that destroy tea flavors and staffed by people whose knowledge of tea is minimal to say the least.

I hadn't read your second paragraph above before I spoke to your first. Don't reward them with business. That's my humble advise.

Well, I'm a big fan of In Pursuit of Tea. Their inventory is not large, but their choices are extraordinarily well thought out and of high quality. Another vendor falling into that category is The Fragrant Leaf. Neither of these companies specializes in flavored teas, to my knowledge. Both carry an assortment of tea types from various places. Pass on Teany.

i agree with michael and would like to add harney tea-they have a variety of teas including flored teas- i order from the fragrant leaf and they can be counted on to have fresh tea and good service. robin is helpful and tea is packaged well.
