Hi I just purchased some GY, of which I know nothing, except that it smells good and was (rather) expensive. I.e. I know nothing of its quality. I would like to give it a fair chance anyway, and googled for some steeping specifications for this brand, but didn't come up with anything general, only widely different opinions As it is rather big-leafed, I would like to get some hints rgd. weight (not spoons) and steeping time. Could someone please help?

Thanks to the three of you. Yes, I'm getting there now. Next question: if I want to go deeper into the Yunnan thing, what would be your recommended online tea shops?

I get really great golden yunnan from Hou De (houdeasianart.com) and IPOT (inpursuitoftea.com). They're about the same in quality and price right now. IPOT used to have better (if I remember right) Golden Yunnan that was more expensive, but they're out of it this season.
