Lemon tea/Lime tea

Many of us like lemon tea. But no one talks about lime tea. For me lime tea tastes fresher. In Bangladesh we have many types of limes. The lime I am talking about is very small, juicy with strong fragrance. For mass commercial lime production this small limes are getting rare now a days. It's winter here and I am making my lime tea often with this small organic lime. I think tea with lemon doesn't attract me anymore.

I am wondering if any of you like lime tea rather then lemon tea. Would love to know your comments on this lemon and lime tea. Thank you.

Yes. Near the Mexican border in Southern New Mexico and West Texas, we could get small, hard Mexican limes very cheaply. Now, to me, lemon tea is an acceptable substitute for lime tea but it's not the real thing.

What do you mean by lemon and lime tea? Do you mean tea with lemon or lime juice added? I prefer lime juice over lemon juice in my tea, if the tea is cold. I don't add anything at all to hot tea, not matter what type I cam drinking.

If god in his infinite wisdom had intended a lime flavor in tea, he would have put it into the tea leaves. If you need to know more, just ask me.
