i'm adopting the habit of drinking white and green tea... mainly for the antioxidant effect... my understanding is that i'd at least 4 cups a day... i'm already drinking more than that...
today though it occured to me that one side effect might be caffien dependence, do you guys know much about that...
the other is whether tea dehydrates rather than rehydrates, what do you guys think... 'cos i think i'm required to drink 8 cups of water a day, and tea might be a good way to do that...
