Mint Green Tea

They're different depending on the tea used and the kind and amount of mint (spearmint, peppermint). What's really good depends on your own taste buds. I suggest that you get sample sizes or the smallest amounts possible until you find what you like just like with all the other teas available out there.

I always use the cheapest possible "Temple of Heaven" brand green, with dried mint from the backyard. I think the secret is having good strong mint.

I'd bet that if you upgraded your green tea for this enterprise, combined with the mint from your back yard, you'd be pleasantly surprised. Michael
