I was looking on sencha.com's website and I don't see a way to order. I sent an email to them inquiring how to do so and haven't received a reply back...does anyone here order from them and do they reply to English inquiries? (I would assume they do since the website is in English, but I'm never sure when I send an email someplace new). If you've ordered from them, what has been your experience?
