on what scale would this rate at? i have a bilochun leaf has many cuts, maybe half are whole, also present are seeds! and some sort of pollen clumps!?

I'm just taking a guess here but I'd imagine they are NOT tea seeds nor pollen. Tea seeds are actually quite large like a small marble and tan/brown in color and there really wouldn't be "pollen clumps" at least as far as I know. I have a tea tree/bush that I've been growing for some time now from seed.
I have no idea what you've got there... but I'm not sure of the quality, it sounds a little strange to me especially for BLC.

as for the 'seeds' i'll get a pic of them infused, they look "better" - sort of like peas on a string, but small ~1mm.(theyre plant not animal of some sort, not larvae, not eggs). heres a brown one, middle- the oblongated light brown thing,

It looks like some kind of stem to me or perhaps you have some bottom of the bag, really old BLC thrown in for added weight in your order there. Appears to be all different kinds of BLC tea leaves in there; old and new.
