Republic of Tea worth the price?

I recently received one of their catalogs and while I saw some things I liked, I thought they were a little pricey. Are their teas worth the prices they charge?

Generally speaking, I'd say no, it's not. You can probably find better stuff for less. Their teas, from what I can remember anyway (since I haven't tried their stuff for a long time) are mostly blends of unknown origins. Many web-stores can sell you just as much tea for less money, or of better quality, or both.

I used to buy my tea from them when I first started drinking tea .... used to be coffee addict ;)
