some experience in tea collecting

Seriously, I don't think we should go for the most famous 10, and I don't think the names matter. Take Gragon Well for example, the official plant area is just no more than 10 acres, but u could easily find the famous name everywhere in the world, even in Africa, so how many of the dealers dealing with the right stuff? In the nationwide market of China, only less than 15% of Gragon well are genuien, while most of the rest are from Meijiang area, Guizhou province.

I, personaly, normally go for those without a name, if you could identify the Sha Qing process from dry leaves, and go to the places which does produce tea at the right time, u will find great stuff (but essentially, u need to know the harvest time of them, so, do ur homework). Most green tea from Jiangsu and Zhejiang province are roasted. Generally, roasted green are those with least nutrition, medium refreshing, but high aroma; Baked green have better nutrition, medium refreshing, and less arroma, while the steamed green, most nutritious, most refreshing, least aroma.

Wulong is very easy to be identified, and easily found, as long as u tried some good stuff.
