The Addictiveness of Tea

I admit it I'm a tea addict. Admitting it is one of the first things we have to do here at tea-drinkers anonymous. I think it was peer pressure. Do you want a cup of tea people would say? I just said yes. I wasn't thinking. You know how it is. You don't want to stand out. You want to be cool. You want to be accepted. I just thought it would be ok. Just twenty years later I am reduced to working for a living. I must have my tea. I commit acts of web design just to get the money to feed my habit. It's a wonderful thing tea, but life can seem meaningless without it.

Beware fellow tea drinkers, this could happen to you.

Bah! It's only an addiction if you try to stop.

And my daddy always told me that quitters never get anywhere.

Derek, Thank you. Your daddy was a man of profound wisdom. You certainly can learn a thing or two from tea drinkers. I just hadn't thought of not trying to stop. Brilliant!

I also love my tea.. have it everyday.. infact.. I recently sent away & received my order of 52 tea varieties.. which totals 500 tea bags.. which will add to my already large tea collection.. between herbals, flavored, green tea, exotic, oriental. But I have to mention that I also like to have my coffee too! ..Mindy

I loathe the day when I should discover that I am allergic to tea. Some addictions are most enjoyable and should not be frowned upon but encouraged. JB
