You're not the only one who sweats after drinking hot black tea, I do too when I drink a large amount quickly before the tea has cooled. I tend to sweat closer to my stomach and digestive area though, and can't remember sweating from my hands very much, as a result of drinking tea at least. Are you doing something with your hands causing you to sweat, I know I sweat through my hands a lot when I'm very focused on playing a video game with a handheld controller, or even in an intense card game, but never as the pure result of tea.
