World's largest teabag factory? Where is it?
I understand that in the 1960s that the largest tea bag manufacturing facility was in Portugal. This may not be true today.

Tata of India acquired Tetley of England and they now claim to have the largest tea bag company in the world, up in Teeside, UK.

Well, "Tatley" is the largest supplyer of tea bag, it's true but I am not sure if they really poses the largest tea bag manufacturing facility. They might out source from somewhere. In Bangladesh "tatley" has five brand and seems they are doing ok.
We pronounce "Tatley"= Tett-lay.
