Spoke too soon. The wording on the Web site also supports the possibility that it's blended at Hood River, from Canadian products. No hints as to what the components are.
Stumbled across a nice visual typo, though:
which has accidentally switched the illustrations for Pendleton and a nasty-looking fluorescent red iced tea.
Also of interest:
which suggests Pendleton is more of a marketing creation than anything else.
and
which indicates Pendleton long ago stopped producing its own alcoholic beverages and became strictly an importer and distributor, but might be on the road back to producing fruit brandies and the like.
Quite a lot of searching produces no indication of what goes into Pendleton, however.
