Bye Bill. I really don't give a s*it. If this group wants to propagate an urban myth like FWP without judgement, then I don't need this group. The FWP bullshit has gotten out of hand and no one in this "erudite" group has the balls to challenge the nonsense.

I'm surprised all of you are falling for Hawks rants- he's a troll purely out to stir things up- and all of you fall for it. You responses are what he wants.

Ignore him and life will be better- the beauty of the net is freedom to ignore who we want to-

At best- you all agree to disagree- at worst- he's worked you up and will continue as long as you let him.

Hi Hawk

have some respect. People here are discussing if FWP is "a real thing" and isn't it good enough that some one writes that they have experienced it ???!!

Your choice to believe them or not !!??. But please don't bully people for writing about their experiences

We all agree that bowmore is a good whisky

Kind regards

Steffen

Steffen, people write that they have been abducted by aliens and taken to a spaceship for physical exams. Why should I believe nonsense? And why should I show any respect for anyone who spouts nonsense? I am sure some of those who claim FWP, really believe it, just as some of those who claim to have been abducted, really believe it. But that doesn't make the story true.

Jeff

Beans, if there was a shred of EVIDENCE to support FWP, I would be more tolerant and more likely to believe. Someone on the Internet claiming the presence of FWP is not EVIDENCE. I think it was Brett who said that no distiller and no recognized expert has ever mentioned FWP. That is enough to convince me that FWP is an urban myth.

Hawk you're too much. What "Brett said..." was in the NG, and you believe him (sorry to drag someone else into this inane and insipid discussion). Yet when several others (in the NG) said they personally tasted the FWP in their drinks, you choose not to believe them. You make me laugh and you're making a fool of yourself.

Hawk, put on your grownup panties and start dealing with life.

Taking a moment's reflection, hawk mused: | | I personally think it is an urban legend started by | someone who wanted to discredit Bowmore. And they have done a good job.

I would tend to agree, or concede that if it did exist it does no longer. I have had several bottles in the past and present of Mariner and

10 with no indication of anything French. ;-)

F*ck you Dave. Do you have any evidence of FWP, or do you just believe idiots on the internet who tell you fairy tales?
