Over the last few weeks I bought a few bottles that I've tried for most of them.
Nikka Pure Malt White, a really good Japanese Single Malt. Peaty but a with a smoothness that I haven't found often.
Brora 1981 Signatory Vintage, The peatiest Islay or so they say, still too timid for my taste, but nice and smooth.
Benriach 1994 Signatory Vintage : Not tasted yet
Ardbeg Very young : Not for the faint hearted, extremely peaty and rough.... 6 years of age, very intense. My understanding is that every year from 6 to 10 they will release a batch. It could prouve very interesting to follow the evolution of this Single Malt..
