I seared diver scallops last night and served them with a bit of linguine with garlic, shallots, mushrooms and fresh baby spinich. I found a bottle of 2007 Inama Soave Classico that I picked up at a local wine store for $14.00. The wine was pale gold in the glass. Nose of peaches and hazelnuts. Plenty of fruit up front on the palate, peach, honeydew melon, and fresh lemons. Nice with the scallops. "B"
